The Shadowood office is open from 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday and from 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays.

We are conveniently located just 1.7 miles from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus and 2.2 miles from Interstate 40.  Coming from campus we are located off of MLK Blvd. on the right just past Estes Drive.

No car-No Problem!  We are conveniently located on 3 major bus lines which pick up and drop off right at our apartment complex.  Those bus lines are the A, NS, and T, all of which go to the UNC campus,  and all over the city.  However, if you do own a vehicle Shadowood has plenty of free parking available!

We have four different floor plans available:

• One Bedroom Garden               533 sq ft
• One Bedroom Townhome        766 sq ft
• Two Bedroom Garden               833 sq ft
• Two Bedroom Townhome        1,116 sq ft

Unfortunately, we do not offer “fully furnished" apartments however we recommend Aaron’s Furniture rental to all of our residents who are in need of temporary furnishings.  Remember, our apartments include water, sewer, and trash, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, disposal and a washer and dryer in every apartment at no additional charge to you.

We are a “Traditional” Apartment Complex with a twist.  The majority of our residents are students however we rent by the apartment therefore only one lease to sign, no matter the number of residents occupying the apartment.
